Their renowned Dinner Club is joining us again for another year (yay) and kicking it off with a Burns Night themed menu. With a Scottish inspired five course menu, Head Chef Nick Robertson has crafted this menu in honour of one of Scotland's most famous poets and lyricists, Robert Burns. Included is the finest Scottish seafood, a poached Loch Fyne oyster, and a ‘fresh’ take on Scottish classics, like Haggis and a spin on the traditional Black Pudding, it sounds one not to be missed!

The Empire Cafe x Ardberg Distillery - £75pp

Feast on a three course menu, paired with three cocktails including Whiskeys from the Ardberg Distillery. Although, the mains are really where all the action sits, vension and black cabbage, with mustard glazed carrots and a Buckfast sauce, or turnip and potato gnocchi, sage butter and the isle of Arran cheddar, as well as langos and fries, and haggies, neeps and tatties. The Empire x Ardberg collab is definitely bringing a rather nice slice of Scotland to Leeds this January.
