This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from leedsfoodtours.com or when you use the 'Indie Food Tours' app.
Personal information we collect
When you visit leedsfoodtours.com or use the Indie Food Tours app, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, Internet Service Provider (ISP), and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site or App, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site or App, and information about how you interact with the Site or App.

SMS Privacy Policy
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Leeds Food Tours or the Indie Food Tours app, you consent to receive text messages from us regarding your bookings, order updates, promotions, and other relevant information.
How We Use SMS Information
We use your mobile number solely for the purposes of communication related to our services. This includes:
- Sending confirmation and reminder messages about your bookings or purchases
- Notifying you of important updates or changes
- Sharing promotional offers or news, if you have opted in
Opting Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message to confirm your unsubscription.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Leeds Food Tours is not responsible for any charges incurred by SMS communication.
Data Security and Sharing
We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Data retention
When you place an order through the Site or App, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
You can delete your account through the mobile application. Go to "update details" and clicking on the "delete account". button.

Changes
