Refund policy

 

We are unable to offer refunds on guided tours, self-guided tours, or gift vouchers. You may change the date of your guided tour if you have a good reason and give us plenty of notice.

The exception to this is if Leeds Food Tours has to cancel your booking, for example due to the tour guide being ill, a personal emergency, or minimum numbers not being met. In this case you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

Private/Group/Corporate Bookings:

A 50% deposit is taken upon booking, which is non-refundable. The final amount is due one week before the event takes place. If the client cancels less than one week before the event, this final amount will not be refundable, however a change of date may be possible. Reduction in numbers is possible up to one week before the event and the final invoice will be reduced, if there is a reduction in numbers less than one week before the event no refund will be given.
