Where to find the best pancakes in Leeds this Pancake Day
Feb 15, 2026
Galleria Leeds
Galleria has just made our pancake day even better by announcing £1 pancakes! Running from Monday 16 February to Friday 20 February, you've got the chance to get your hands on their £1 pancake deal with a huge range of toppings. You've got your classics like lemon and sugar, or go a little fancy with a savoury option of fried eggs and sausages.
To claim the offer, you'll have to have booked a table in advance, and once there, you'll pick up an order form from your server, choose your stack size (£1 each!) and toppings (which from what we've read look like are available for an additional price dependant on the topping).

Moose Coffee
With over ten years of providing authentic American and Canadian dishes, independently run Moose Coffee is the place to hit up any time you're craving a stack o' pancakes!
Perhaps you're wanting a Canadian/American classic; maple syrup and butter, or a Pancake Day classic; chocolate and hazelnut spread, or ice cream?
Or if Pancake Day is your day to well and truly shine (and test your sweet tooth), why not try one of their stacks: Moose maple, pecan and vanilla, or for the coffee lovers: Moose house espresso and mascarpone stack.
We must warn you to go with an empty stomach, as these pancakes are super filling!

IF...Up North
We're really spoilt having multiple spots to enjoy IF's fabulous pancakes. We can't see it on the menu at the moment, but our fave from here has to be the Yorkshire fudge, toffee sauce, banana and honeycomb pancake stack, we don't say this lightly, if you see this and enjoy those flavours we absolutely URGE you to order them!
Their new spot at East Parade and the original at Call Lane are the places to grab your pancakes. They've got bacon pecan and maple, mascarpone vanilla cream and berries, biscoff berries and ice cream and Nutella with almonds, white chocolate sauce and fresh strawberries to cut the nutty chocolate hit!

Olive & Rye
One of Leeds Food Tours' favourite brunch spots in Leeds, Olive & Rye are up there with the cities best pancake spots.
It's definitely one of our go-to cafes to take friends and family to when visiting Leeds, their breakfast and lunch menu is delicious, and the cafe itself has a lovely cosy atmosphere, making you feel welcome on every visit.
Their pancakes are a brunch version of a cheesecake; berries, vanilla mascarpone cheesecake mix, white chocolate crumble and white chocolate sauce, sensational! We've also tried their bacon and maple syrup pancakes, but we can't see them on the menu at the moment.

Fluffy Fluffy
How could we not include our new friends of the city, this day was made for them! Fluffy Fluffy may be the best place to go for Pancake Day as this is a cafe dedicated to pancakes!
With over fifteen variations to choose from, including caramelized raspberry, matcha tiramisu and creme brulee, you'll be overwhelmed (in a good way) with choice on your visit. It's worth noting that the pancakes here are souffle style, meaning they're huge, light and airy due to the egg whites.

Coffee on the Crescent
A Hyde Park institution, Coffee on the Crescent have hit the nail on the head this Pancake Day offering a variety of sweet and savoury pancakes to suit everyone's taste.
The offering that's caught our eye is their smoked salmon and lemon creme freche pancake stack, which just looks and sounds amazing, a combination we've never seen before for Pancake Day, but one we need to try!
