Mrytle Tavern
Get in that festive spirit by taking a trip up to the Mrytle Tavern in Meanwood, they've got a festive menu and a festive tapas menu, picky food heaven in a gorgeous festive pub setting. They've really decked the pub inside and out with all the Christmas decorations, including their cozy lodge. This is the perfect place if you're looking for a spot to squeeze in that pre-Christmas festive meet up with friends and family.

One thing we will NOT be doing is condoning their 'Will it marg? Festive Bake', don't worry (for all of those that don't know, Verve have a video series where they try new ways to make a margerita, one of their most recent ones includes blending a festive bake - quoted by them - the worst marg they have ever created.
In lighter news, they have actual festive cocktails, that may just catch your eye! Pictured is the 'Peary Christmas', dare we say it, it's still a twist on the classic marg, but instead of stuffing and cranberry sauce, it features apple and pear notes, a refreshing to start off a season full of food and drink.
Kerbside Kids
We recently induldged in a two-day ‘bender’ eating Kerbside Kids both days for dinner, look - we're not proud of it but it was necessary as they were honestly THAT good, we even ordered the exact same thing both nights! So with this place being hot on our radar, we were overjoyed to find their incredible festive menu which is on all December!
Expect burgers featuring gravy pulled turkey, cranberry ketchup, stuffing mayo, brie, festive hot dogs (hog in a duvet) and even finishing sweet on a Kristmas Krumble - all the K’s are giving Kardashian’s of the burger world, but we’re so here for it!
