Stuzzi's Halloween Horror Menu

Stuzzi is a fabulous Italian small plates restaurant located in a stunning setting above the Grand Arcade. I always say it's one of the best restaurants in Leeds, and the perfect date night spot.

They will be serving their Halloween Horror Menu from 17th-29th October. Dishes included:

Nerveti - a Stuzzi take on a classic dish found in and around Florence market. Braised bovine connective tissue, sun-dried tomato, chilli, spring onion and collatura di alici.

Arancini Nero - red pepper, tomato & smoked chilli risotto balls, filled with an oozing centre of pickled 'witches warts' caper & coagulated sheep milk. Coated in black bread crumbs and deep fried.

Burrata Affumicata - smoked Pugliese 'ghost' honey, roast Musquee De Provence squash, green walnut and sage.

You will need to book via their website.

Tattu's Skullduggery Halloween Brunch

Enjoy a four-wave brunch menu of unique Chinese-fusion dishes, featuring pumpkin carved baods and candied skull desserts.

There will be free-flowing cocktails and champagne, resident DJs.

It's £45pp for the food, plus extra for the free-flowing drinks, but Tattu is one of the fancier restaurants in Leeds and the food is always exceptional.

Meat Stack's 'The Last Taco Stand'

I tried Meat Stack for the first time a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed their burgers.

I had the French Canadian which included a hash brown, blue cheese, garlic butter, chilli-maple syrup and streaky bacon (as well as a double beef patty, of course!). Need to give their breakfast menu a go soon as it looks delicious.

To avoid the pumpkin approach, they are celebrating Halloween with a Day of the Dead special: The Last Taco Stand.

Dry aged Yorkshire beef patties, smoky mountain mayo, diced onion & cilantro salsa, chile 'dust', nacho crumbs & queso fresco.

They recommend pairing with their Spiced Hazelnut Chocolate Flash Shake.

Eat Your Greens Halloween Hangover

A post-Halloween special at Eat Your Greens: a 'Halloween Hangover Taco & Tequila Tuesday'.

There are three taco dishes (the crispy pork belly, pork scratching, pickled fennel & tomato salsa one sounds amazing!), a selection of sides and some weird & wonderful tequila and Mezcal cocktails.

I think I would go for the Hot Wax Margs: chilli inused El Sueño tequila, gold, sugar, lime & chilli salt.

Book a table via their website.
